Grouping of rests.

Always keep rests to a minimum. (If you have the choice of putting in 2 quarter note rests or a half note rest, then put in the half note rest.)

    Click the play arrow twice.
Half note, quarter note, quarter note rest, eighth note, eighth note rest, eighth note, eighth note rest.
Dotted eighth note, sixteenth note, dotted eighth note, sixteenth note rest, whole note.
