The Harmonic Minor Scale

This is the harmonic minor scale in the key of A minor.


Note that there is a G sharp going up the scale.

The G sharp is still there going down the scale.

The 6th note is not raised like it was in the melodic minor.

The 7th note is raised one half-step going up. The 7th note is the SAME going down the scale.
